About Anna Osowska

I look at projects through the lens of people - their needs, emotions, and experiences. I enjoy combining technology, empathy, strategy, partnerships, and team leadership with the implementation of large-scale projects. I believe that a great user experience and customer success are not add-ons but the foundation of lasting relationships in business, education, and communities. As the Executive Director of Girls Code Fun Foundation, I lead an organization that develops digital skills among girls, women, and children. Only in the previous year, 1,500 women, children, and teachers participated in programs I designed and managed from start to finish. Among them: STEAM Academy (5 editions, 240 graduates), GCF Fun LAB & ZL (16 editions, 350 children), Java JUMP, Code Her Future, Power Her TECH, TechUP with EY Experts, and Innovate Her - delivered with partners such as Google, Motorola, BOX, Qualtrics, HSBC, Znany Lekarz, and EY. I care not only about the educational outcomes but also about the participants’ experience. At the same time, I co-create TEDxWarsaw and TEDxWarsawWomen, because I believe in the power of ideas worth spreading. Previously, for over a decade, I managed marketing in the automotive industry (a globally operating SME), responsible for communication strategy, new product launches, B2B/B2C relations, and the design of web and e-commerce platforms. That experience taught me that a customer journey is not a slogan but a daily practice of attentiveness to the user. What do people I’ve worked with appreciate most? I’m a good listener and an analytical thinker. I always have a plan B - and several steps ahead mapped out. There are many shades of gray, from black to white - and that’s how I see the world: multidimensionally, without simplifications, and with attention to context. I’m curious and open to new experiences. I enjoy reading paper books, long walks, and quiet moments.
