About Anna Pafomow

I’m a puzzle fanatic and love to dig into whatever show I’m editing. In documentary, drama, comedy, and lifestyle, I thoroughly enjoy working with producers, directors, and the footage itself to unlock the story’s essence and find the most compelling path forward to present it. I love my work and have 25+ years of editing experience. I worked in sketch and stand-up comedy for many years and therefore am an expert in multi-cam editing. Lifestyle proved to be a lot of fun in forming a great story within a formulaic structure. And, of course, those visuals, beautiful Bahamian beaches, lush Hawaiian topography, a feast for the eyes. I can tackle all types of projects and revel in all their challenges. I mentored many editors at the Canadian Film Centre to improve their skills and reach their goals. I have recently upgraded my skills by taking Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop courses. I now look forward to using them to help unlock the puzzles of future edits.
