Career and Education Highlights • Developed, configured, implemented and maintained a regional Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Surface Branch of Transport Canada that was used by inspectors in Rail Safety, Dangerous Goods, and Operations to collect and analyze safety inspection data and protect the safety of railways throughout British Columbia.(Transport Canada) • Created a Bridge Safety asset collection application on a Trimble device that reduced collection time by 60% while increasing data accuracy and decreasing errors.(Transport Canada) • Created proof of concept maps using ArcGIS Online that displayed railway assets for use in project planning meetings for a regional GIS.(Transport Canada) • Created a 3D Scene tracking sea level change in North Vancouver as informed by statistics of Global Warming, including a 2 minute flythrough depicting changes over time.(Simon Fraser University)
