About Anna Peatt

I enjoy using innovation to deliver better outcomes for the community and to optimise team performance. I am an experienced government administrator, working for both the Commonwealth and State Government in central and portfolio agencies. I have skills in public policy development, innovation, leadership, regulation, program management, reform and collaboration. In my various leadership roles these skills have enabled me to build teams with strong cultures that enable them to adapt to new situations, better target activities and be more responsive. I have a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Monash University. Many people ask what chemistry has to do with being a public servant. My science background means I like to use evidence as the basis for decisions, try new ways of doing things and learning from the experience.
