I’ve worked on material design and innovation for more than 25 years, developing projects for several major brands in the sectors of sporting goods, automotive, packaging, consumer goods, interiors and retail, and covering various aspects of innovation: from aesthetics, to performance, to the recent shift towards circularity as a major driver for innovation. Companies/brands I am grateful to have worked with include 3M, Adidas, Barilla, Bauli, Benetton (Sisley Casa), Domus Academy Research Center, KikiLab, Lexus, Nissan, Nolan, Panasonic, P&G, Material ConneXion, and now Materially, which is the professional adventure I am currently living. I gave lectures at various institutions and academies, including Politecnico di Milano, NABA, Domus Academy, Elisava Design School, SADI Samsung Art & Design Institute, IED, La Sapienza.
