In my current role at Cadient, I manage client implementations from Kick-Off to Go Live. This involves creating and maintaining project plans and timelines, refining implementation methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional team members to develop and maintain best practices. Additionally, I gather client system requirements to meet individual business needs and provide consulting services on compliance and industry best practices. I pride myself on understanding our products inside and out and enjoy guiding clients through our processes and helping them with any training they need. It's all about making sure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Outside of work, you'll find me at the beach or anywhere outdoors really. I love coffee, so I'm always on the hunt for new places to try, and I love spending quality time with my family.
