About Anna Pham

I am currently a full-time student at the University of Houston, and currently on track for CPA. I am also in the process of pursuing the Master of Science in Accountancy. I will be graduating in the Spring semester of 2023 with my Bachelors in Business Accounting.I have experience with financial accounting and record keeping through my role as a Customer Service Representative at Baxter & Cleo Veterinary Clinic. During my time with UH, I developed professional abilities such as my proficiency with Microsoft Office, interpersonal skills, budgeting, and interpreting financial data. These experiences have allowed me to develop my skills required for my role when I began working in January 2021. As a Customer Service Representative, one of my duties is understanding the needs of each of my clients to forward their concerns to the attending veterinarian, and building the service estimate for each patient visit. Besides working directly with clients and managing transactions, I also work to build reports for internal use which I also developed further to manage inventory and strategize cost allocation to drive product demand and increase profit. I am proficient in managing and analyzing quantitative data to construct meaningful reports to help the management team accurately determine the best approach for business improvements.
