About Anna Plato

I’m an ambitious consultant who has worked in all parts of the processes that traditionally take place in a project, e.g. as a project leader, system management, within development, requirement handling, test and so on. On my last assignments I have worked as a project leader and project coordinator – those are roles that I really feel comfortable with. I’m at my best when organizing people and their tasks towards results, in the company of enthusiasm and a lot of heart! I see myself as a happy and positive person who is easy to both work with and communicate with, whether it comes to colleagues or customers. I’m driven to achieve results and lead my teams and projects to their goals with the help of structure as well as enthusiasm and community. I’m also driven by a curiosity about new technologies and to gain new experiences. I have worked with many different projects, assignments, and customers in several industries - defense industry, public sector, telecom, medical technology and more. Most often I have had roles as project manager or project coordinator, but also, for example, requirements manager and trainer. I have worked with most parts of a project's life cycle and processes. I have training in project management, Scrum and agile processes. My versatility means that I can take, and have taken, leading roles - preferably for coordination of project activities and resources, collection of requirements from stakeholders. My breadth in activities and techniques means that I can make a strong contribution in many areas - I like to act openly and curiously in contact with an organization's all levels and functions and I have no problems working independently. I’m no stranger to presenting action plans, strategies, leading workshops, etc. I have a high level of competence in requirements management and requirements analysis as I almost always work based on requirements. I see a good and open dialogue with my colleagues and customers as a prerequisite for being able to achieve results.
