As a Team Lead Customer Success at Ovinto, I manage a team of customer success managers who are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and retention of our innovative solutions for rail and intermodal transport. I leverage my SAP skills and logistics expertise to provide effective and efficient support, guidance, and training to our customers, as well as to identify and resolve any issues or challenges they may face. I also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders within Ovinto to provide feedback, insights, and suggestions for product development and improvement.
