I'm currently applying my 20+ years in higher education in Australia and Europe in the policy environment, working for Australia's Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency. I am a researcher, specialising in literature, culture, and pedagogy with 20 years experience in curriculum design, teaching, editing, writing, public speaking and research design. I have taught at universities in the Netherlands and Australia, in graduate and undergraduate programs, and supervised master's and doctoral research on a wide range of topics relating to personal storytelling in literature, art, media and popular culture. I have extensive experience leading teams in education, research and the cultural sectors. I have written about contemporary literature and art for major cultural institutions in the United States and Europe. I've also written reports and policy briefs for higher education institutions, cultural heritage and community organisations.
