Having a serious illness is like a triathlon as physical suffering comes together with psychological and social problems. Not everybody has sufficient coping mechanisms to easily deal with the new reality. I can help you in two ways. Firstly, I am offering individual coaching, and secondly, participation in the Dutch self-management programme for somatic and psychiatric chronic patients and their partners/caregivers called PPEP4ALL. You can choose what suits you better. Either way, focussing on your strengths, you will construct and try out new strategies of dealing with difficulties.
