As an IT Business Partner/ Product Owner with five year of experience at eCapital. I'm passionate about connecting business goals with IT solutions. I specialize in business analysis, gathering requirements, translating them into clear deliverables, and making sure they align with system changes. Working within Agile frameworks, I manage backlogs, write user stories, and stay focused on delivering results that make a real impact to the user experience. In my current role, I collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, helping bridge the gap through strong communication and a clear understanding of priorities. I’m comfortable juggling multiple tasks in fast paced settings. I regularly work with tools like JIRA and Confluence and have an understanding of the full software development lifecycle. I led the Invoice Processing/ Advances, Invoice Verification, Purchasing and Collections modules. What sets me apart is my background and experience in operations and team leadership. I’ve previously managed a team of 13 Account Managers, which shaped my user first mindset and helped me develop an empathetic, practical approach to solution design.
