Da 10 anni lavoro nell'ecosistema delle startup e dell'innovazione, sia come dipendente, sia come founder di una mia impresa. Ad oggi ricopro il ruolo di Head of Branch della sede Italiana di Capital.com, portale di trading online attivo nel settore fintech, settore dove opero dal 2019. In precedenza, ho ricoperto il ruolo di General Manager e Consigliere del CdA di Opstart, piattaforma di Crowdinvesting attiva nelle divisioni equity, lending e bond. Credo nell'innovazione come motore di crescita e di sviluppo dell'economia, anche e soprattutto quando introdotta nei processi di aziende tradizionali. Insomma, l'innovazione non è solo per startup. Qualcosa in più su di me: Temi a me molto cari: parità di genere e sostenibilità, soprattutto calati nel mondo imprenditoriale. Non sopporto l'adozione acritica di tendenze, entusiasmi, mode. Soprattutto nell'ambito dell'innovazione, ogni cosa porta con sé aspetti positivi e negativi che spesso vanno affrontati in una sfera pubblica. I currently serve as Head of Branch for the Italian office of Capital.com, an online trading platform operating in the fintech sector, where I’ve been active since 2019. Previously, I held the role of General Manager and Board Member at Opstart, a crowdinvesting platform active in equity, lending, and bond divisions. I believe in innovation as a driver of economic growth and development—especially when it is integrated into the processes of traditional companies. In short, innovation isn’t just for startups. A bit more about me: Issues that are very important to me: gender equality and sustainability, especially in the entrepreneurial world. I can't stand the uncritical adoption of trends. Especially in the field of innovation, everything brings both positive and negative aspects that often need to be addressed in the public sphere. I'm a fanatic about podcasts, TV series, and movies.
