From my early days in procurement coordination to leading complex, end-to-end supply chain strategies at Penumbra, I’ve built a career grounded in cross-functional execution, operational resilience, and data-driven decision-making. At Edwards Lifesciences and ZARYS International, I developed and implemented global demand forecasting models, optimized Class implant sourcing strategies, and helped mitigate major supply disruptions during the pandemic. My passion lies in aligning strategic sourcing, planning, QA, and logistics into a single, responsive system that delivers on both cost and care. Currently, I lead a team of 25 professionals across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific, overseeing neurovascular supply chains and steering digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enhanced forecasting and S & OP frameworks.
