Over the course of my career, I’ve led direct mail operations at scale—managing high-volume campaigns, guiding vendor transitions, and delivering measurable results. I’ve been trusted with multi-million-dollar responsibilities where attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through are essential. I’m also expanding my knowledge across platforms and tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Power Automate, staying current with innovations in automation, customer experience, and marketing ops.
