As Director of Workplace Health and Safety Programs at SafeCare BC, I bring over two decades of experience helping organizations navigate their safety challenges. I specialize in practical, people-centered approaches to occupational health and safety. I’m passionate about safety, but equally passionate about leadership. I believe that strong safety cultures are built on trust, collaboration, and shared accountability.
