About Anna Rijff

I am passionate about advancing within the sustainability industry, where there is immense potential to both learn and drive meaningful change toward a greener future. During my Bachelor’s in Psychology, I developed a diverse skill set with a particular focus on Work and Organizational Psychology. This specialization highlighted the profound impact that company structures and leadership have on employee well-being. I have found it fascinating to explore ways to positively influence our work environments, especially considering the significant portion of our lives spent in these spaces. At Klimaatroute, I transitioned from a part-time student position to a full-time role, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. This allowed me to develop a broad range of skills, from client management to a technical understanding of heat pumps. I recently joined Tsavo, where I am excited to further expand my expertise in sustainability, learning from my experienced colleagues in the field. I am eager to gain new insights and contribute to the company’s mission. In addition, I have resumed my Master’s in Economic Consumer Psychology, further deepening my knowledge. Outside of work, I maintain a balanced and active lifestyle, enjoying activities such as yoga, theater, and the occasional hiking adventure.
