About Anna Roach
For most of my week I work as a QI coach on the Culture of Care programme, aiming to provide safe, trauma informed, therapeutic and equity-focused inpatient care in mental health services. Alongside my QI role, I am a lecturer at the Anna Freud Centre and lead the module on Multiple Perspectives to Child Development and am an honorary lecturer at UCL teaching on Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I am interested in increasing access to mental health interventions, improving services and implementing new ideas into clinical practice. In September 2024 I completed my PhD at UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health where I developed and implemented drop-in mental health services at paediatric hospitals.
