About Anna Rose Smith

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate currently offering bilingual outpatient therapy services in Portuguese and English in the state of North Carolina. I take an eclectic, holistic, and culturally sensitive approach to healing, operating from a Humanistic perspective and pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Lifestyle Medicine to explore and process mind-body connection and personalize healing based on each client’s needs. Outside of work, I spend as much time in nature as possible, preferably with my dog or my bike. I also write and perform folk music, collect vinyl and night lights, craft collages, and read (currently journeying through all of Joan Didion's works in chronological order). My favorite things to do around Charlotte are volunteer at International House and animal shelters, cheer for the Jazz at Hornets games, explore the Sleepy Poet, and enjoy milkbread’s pickles.
