About Anna Rose

Anna Rose has been working in Municipal Government for over 13 years. Her diverse portfolio includes, Community Engagement, Economic Development, Tourism and Event Management. She is currently the Supervisor of Events at the City of Vaughan. Anna studied Flight Services and Tourism, at Seneca College and Marketing & Business Administration, at Ryerson University. Her experience comes from almost 9 years of working at Skydome (now known as Rogers Centre) supervising event staff and managing the facility operations for events ranging from 500 - guests. Anna later went on to become Executive Director for Canadian Exhibition Air Shows (CEAS), while owning and operating her own early morning commuter Coffee Shop. She currently is the CEAS’ Chair of the Board and has been a long time supporter and volunteer with the organization. Anna is also the Treasurer for the 707 Marion Orr Air Cadet Squardron (SSC Committee) and a Committee Member for the Thomas and Tallis Foundation. She has served as a Director on the CNEA Board and the External Relations Committee for the CNEA. Although Anna is known to be a dedicated leader and for getting things accomplished, her first priority and most cherished thing in life, is her two sons.
