Over the years, I have transitioned from leading teams that provide service to end-users or consumers to now overseeing a Service Desk environment that caters to highly demanding professional customers. This shift has presented unique challenges, which I have successfully navigated. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the critical role customer service plays in any business. I am passionate about achieving world-class quality and efficiency in customer service and technical support. My approach is highly target-driven, and I strive for excellence, never settling for mediocre results from my team or department. I pride myself on being both a leader and a manager.
