Since 2005, I have been in business to help the communities we serve obtain the American Dream. Buying a home is one of our largest investments that we make in our lifetime. With my intense focus and commitment I have helped many clients make a sound financial decision regarding their mortgage and investment needs. The home buying process can be confusing and most people do not know where to start. I partner with my clients to help them develop a plan and help them understand what steps are needed to get prepared to obtain home ownership. It is my responsibility to educate the clients about the documents they will be signing upfront and at closing and also to go over the terms of the loans to ensure they have no unanswered questions. My goal is to exceed our clients expectations by removing barriers to home ownership and reduce the time and cost of the lending process. The most rewarding part of each purchase transactions is the day our client receives their keys to their new home. Part of my service to my clients is to teach our clients the benefits of home ownership and how to treat their home as an investment. The average home owner refinances their home 3 times and will never pay off their mortgage! Who could live off of $1500 a month in social security with no life savings? The goal for everyone is to be debt free into retirement and be financially fit. Many applicants have negative credit due to the countries financial hardship and have no idea on how to rebuild their credit. Providing our clients with tips on how to raise their credit score can save them over.25% in their interest rate for every 20 points they regain on their FICO score, which could be thousands of dollars in back end interest. I would be doing a disservice if we did not offer this to every client. The only other thing that is hindering a renter from buying is FEAR.
