In my current role, I work closely with Product and Commercial teams on a daily basis, ensuring that engineering priorities align with strategic business goals. Before stepping into management, I spent several years as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Frontend development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Apollo GraphQL, with additional experience in Golang for backend services. This full-stack background allows me to stay technically hands-on and effectively support my team in architectural and implementation decisions. Previously, I also served as a Scrum Master for over 4 years, helping improve delivery efficiency and team alignment. I bring the same proactive, people-first mindset into my leadership role today - combining technical expertise, agile practices, and a deep understanding of business needs to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.
