Työskentelen tietosuojan ja tiedonhallinnan kysymysten parissa Helsingin kaupungilla. Tavoitteeni on siirtyä kokonaan tietosuojan pariin lähitulevaisuudessa. Tietosuojassa- Valmistelen tietosuojaselosteita - Olen mukana tietosuojan vaikutustenarviointien toteuttamisessa - Selvittelen erilaisia tietosuojaloukkaustapauksia - Koulutan ja vastaan kysymyksiin henkilötiedoista ja niiden turvallisesta säilyttämisestä - Olen mukana myös tietotilinpäätöksen koostamisessa- Koordinoin rekisteröityjen pyyntöihin vastaamista - Olen suorittanut syksyllä 2024 FCG:n tietosuojavastaavan koulutusohjelman- Toimin linkkinä henkilöstön ja lakitekstien ymmärtämisen välillä. Tiedonhallinnassa- Valmistelen tiedonohjaussuunnitelman kuvauksia - Neuvon, ohjaan ja ylläpidän ohjeistuksia tietopyyntöihin vastaamisesta- Vastaan asianhallinnan kehittämisestä sekä asianhallinnan ja dokumentinhallinnan hankkeista - Koordinoin tiedonhallintalain toimeenpanon toimenpiteitä ja raportointia johdolle. Olen hyvä- Isojen kokonaisuuksien koordinoinnissa - Uuden oppimisessa ja uusien käytäntöjen soveltamisessa - Ohjeiden ja tekstin tuottamisessa, toimin linkkinä lakitekstien ja henkilöstön välillä - Prosessien kehittämisessä ja työstämisessä I work with data protection and data management issues at the City of Helsinki. My goal is to switch completely to data protection in the near future. In data protection- I prepare privacy policies - I am involved in the implementation of data protection impact assessments - I investigate various cases of data breaches - I train and answer questions about personal data and its safe storage - I am also involved in the compilation of the data balance sheet- I coordinate the response to data subject requests - In the autumn of 2024, I completed FCG's Data Protection Officer training programme. In information management- I prepare descriptions of the information management plan - Advise, guide and maintain instructions on how to respond to requests for information- I am responsible for the development of case management and case management and document management projects - I coordinate the implementation measures of the Information Management Act and reporting to the management. I am good- Coordinating large entities - Learning new things and applying new practices - Producing instructions and text so that the recipient understands the matter- Process development and processing - I act as a link between the personnel and the understanding of legal texts.
