I am a Digital Lover with an attitude in Problem Solving and I don't give up easly: that's why I am Driving the Digital Transformation in the B2B with a special focus on Change Management. My experience in the Export Customer Service allowed me to get familiar with the company's processes, with the rules of the business, with the different kind of customers and first of all with the needs of the sales force on a global level. The years in the Marketing teached me a lot about Project Management, analysis and reaching of KPIs. The years in the Digital opened me a new world and are a daily challenge for my curiosity and my enthusiasm. To be trainer in different languages during the whole journey made me used to speak in front of different publics. I have been working many years in the same company but I don't feel it as a limit. it is a richness: the different jobs done helped to improve my professionalism, to widen my horizons, to manage complexity. The countries I have been working the most with are: USA, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, BELGIUM, AUSTRIA, NETHERLANDS, ITALY, UK.
