About Anna Schenell

I’ve been in the Telco business since 2006 and still love it and all the interesting and important things it creates. A long journey in this business is a big strength and how to really understand customer needs, customer demands, IT structure, product management, business development, how to sell, how to meet customers and so on. Knowledge about the full lifecycle, from developing new product and services, to offer and sell to customers, how to support and help and in the end take care of the products and offer the customers something new. Every single step is so important, for Telco, for other businesses and for real life. I got a long experience with hardware connected services, both product management and business development. Buyback, upgrade, lease, residual value, repair, insurance, and set requirements for new systems and functionalities are some of the areas I’ve worked with. For me it's important to understand the full picture, because it's only then you can perform to the fullest. The key is the whole experience and not only a single device/product. Find and develop new products and services gives the company new opportunities to earn money at the same time as the customers get better solutions. In addition to my role at Telia, I am the chairman of the housing cooperative Älvsjö Torg (Brf Älvsjö Torg). A very exciting assignment that includes the association's finances in the short and long term, procurement with suppliers, regulatory aspects, and everything connected to members living in the property. The property has over 12 premises that are rented out to commercial businesses and then there are contract negotiations, regulatory aspects and much more connected to that type of business. It's amazing how much knowledge you can build up by being interested and curious!
