About Anna Schwartz

After graduating college in 3 1/2 years while working 30 + hours a week to support my education, I am eager to find the right position for me- Based upon all my work experiences I have perfected the following skill set: problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical, as well as, customer service skills. My experience includes working as a CNA at LindenGrove while I was exploring a future as a nurse. While there I interacted with residents and charted information. I also worked for Paramount Financial Advisors as an office assistant. I was involved in the company’s conversion of paper files to online files. I organized, sorted, and scanned customers’ insurance files. My most recent experience is working at Walgreens as a pharmacy technician. I provide excellent customer service while working with a variety of customers, helping with prescription billing, and communicating with insurance companies. I am proud of going above and beyond to help people. A few examples of my strong customer services skills include when customers come through the drive-thru, and the medication is too large to fit through the drive-thru drawer I will run out the prescription to the car. I also will read customers their paperwork for immunizations if unable to see the small print. I am no stranger to hard work, I have taken on leadership roles at many of my past jobs.
