About Anna Seliverstova

Experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting on transaction-related projects including, but not limited to, buy-side financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, sell-side assistance, carve-out assignments, and post-transaction services such as completion accounts. My work profile encompasses companies from the Middle East, CIS, and Europe, covering a wide range of industries including e-commerce, food tech, IoT solutions, power and utility, oil and gas, construction, consumer and industrial products, and more I developed sophisticated accounting expertise in the audit department, being a key team member in seven audit engagements across multiple sectors and achieving a double promotion in recognition of my efforts. However, understanding the context behind the accounting numbers is essential to make informed decisions and drive business success. Thus, my career path subsequently led me towards transaction services and deals, where I was able to leverage my accounting experience to great effect and acquire a deep understanding of business-related matters. I am developing professionally and have successfully passed 11 out of 13 papers for my ACCA qualification with all on the first attempt. Since 2020 I have participated in more than 20 projects. In December 2022, I relocated to the Middle East to explore new opportunities with KPMG Saudi Arabia I am eager to take on new challenges and expand my horizons
