About Anna Shaw

For me, law is not a constraint, but a route to opportunity. With 20+ years of leadership experience in highly commercial roles, in rapid growth organisations, I have made it my mission to be a General Counsel that enables and proactively propels business advancement, building organisational agility in the face of high change and rapidly evolving global and domestic markets. I use logic, pragmatism and a broad understanding of business dynamics (sales, finance, technology, IP and data) to act as an astute commercial and strategic partner to executive teams and Boards. I ‘see’ and help to convert the opportunity for business growth through risk-appropriate but commercially-driven legal leadership, using deep experience in corporate and commercial law activities and an ability to synthesise high volumes of information to create clarity in direction and provide assurance in my recommendations. Above all, I prioritise the creation of strong relationships and partnerships with my peers, stakeholders, customers and partners, critical to effective problem solving, negotiation and the delivery of outcomes. Please feel free to connect.
