My approach to counselling is tailored to meet your needs, I embrace an integrative and creative style of therapy. This means that I can use a wide range of techniques that encompass your entire being; including both the body and mind. As your counsellor, I am not here to fix or change you, I am here to create a safe space, and a nourishing relationship, so that you can gain insight and cultivate the emotional reliance to recognise your own ability to heal. My areas of expertise are anxiety and bereavement.
