About Anna Simonsen

I have a master degree in logopedic science and a therapeutical background as well as recent economical academic studies. For 9 years I was the CEO for a growing service company where I invested in both management and ethical values, as well as an innovative culture and communication. During this time I learned the newest theoretical knowledge about organisational management and leadership, which we successfully implemented in practice. I have been coaching communication using video capturing for several years with exellent result. I am people- and resultoriented, skilful in reading people and situations and combining them with issues and objectives. The empathy, the respect of the individual, the positive mind setting show also in practice. For me it's important to make a difference. The non profit healthcare sector provides me the possibility to provide for high quality services to clients, at the same time as we can develop the scandinavian healthcare model. I love the way we can focus on functional abilities and health factors in every day life of people with grave health issues and handicaps. That is real respect of the human being.
