About Anna Sincerbeaux

My main goal as a professional is to produce change. In the last few years, the nature of my work has shifted to disability advocacy in non-profit spaces which has been both challenging and exciting. I have worked with deaf, blind, deaf-blind and hard of hearing people as well as neurodivergent children and adults in educational settings. I am trained in Analytical Behavior Analysis, crisis management and phased educational instruction. I have been able to create change in organizations by introducing affiliate groups and providing evidence-based information to improve workspaces for adults and learning spaces for children. I am currently working as a paraprofessional, in a 1:1 role in which I provide guidance in learning both hard and soft skills to prepare young adults on the autism spectrum to integrate into the world with jobs, college degrees, work-study programs and group-home care.
