About Anna Solovyeva

The driving force of my career as a teacher and researcher and of my recent work on projects in the private sector has always been the desire to create structure and development opportunities for others. I thrive on making new contacts and finding a good match: be it between two potential business partners, between an employer and a qualified candidate, or between experts in a professional network. The combination of my academic background and limited, but diverse business experience has made me a trustworthy project coordinator and a sharp communicator. I can always facilitate a dialogue across cultural and disciplinary boundaries, as well as gather and convincingly present knowledge to various target audiences. To all my projects I contribute with a good strategic overview, clear goals, at least one plan B for every contingency, curiosity and highly contagious enthusiasm. My dream workplace is challenging and dynamic, presenting me with opportunities to make a real difference, to learn from my colleagues and to develop together.
