About Anna Spjuth

With a background in hospitality, I’ve spent my career building brands, businesses, and high-performing teams — from boutique concept launches to large-scale operations across the Nordics. Whether developing iconic brands like Hobo and At Six, steering Yasuragi in its prime, or scaling Comfort Hotel across markets, I thrive where strategy meets execution. Most recently, I led the development and launch of two new hospitality concepts: Home Hotel — with 50+ locations designed to be a home until the guests are home again. Stopover — a future-forward roadside hotel concept, built as flexible, sustainable modules at key Nordic intersections. I’ve also held executive leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Scandic, where I led brand, marketing, and commercial strategy across six countries. In addition, I serve on several boards, bringing a strategic, people-first perspective to growth and transformation. I’m passionate about creating brands and experiences that connect — with customers and with teams. Known for my ability to rally people, drive change, and get things done, I’m equally at home on stage or hands-on in the field. Creative yet structured. Bold yet grounded. I lead with clarity, energy, and heart — always with people at the core. Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing steep slopes, trail running, or out on the water.
