I am committed to alcohol harm reduction, focusing on strategies that minimise the negative effects of alcohol consumption on individuals and communities. I also emphasise integrating rangatahi voice (youth perspectives) into health initiatives, ensuring that young people are actively involved in shaping the programs and policies that affect their health. In addition to my expertise in health promotion, I am also a group fitness instructor, bringing my passion for health and wellness to the forefront.
