With over 7 years of experience as a Collections Manager, Quality Coordinator, and various other roles. With many wonderful, and respected companies. I know what it’s like to go the extra mile, and ensure I meet expectations, goals, and quotas. I have been working in a collections or finance related for well over five years. I am now ready and excited to transition into human resources. Although I’ve found much successful in my career. I am learning that what I find most rewarding are all in HR-related functions. Finding creative solutions to problems is something I have always enjoyed. As a kid, well into my adult years. And over the years I have had to opportunity to apply critical thinking and problem-solving strategies into every day complex problems. Whether it be work, social or personal. And the opportunity to translate those roles into a HR field. I believe would be a benefit to myself as well as any company.
