About Anna Stern

I’m passionate about the humanities and believe that great teaching starts with curiosity, collaboration, and a sense of historical adventure. My favorite parts of my job include leading a brilliant crew of social studies teachers, rethinking how we wrestle with the messiness of history in an ever-changing world, and trying to make big ideas feel personal for students. With a Master's in Educational Psychology and over a decade of teaching experience, I've successfully guided AP US History students to a 97% pass rate. When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll find me mentoring new educators, swapping ideas at conferences, or building new curriculum with partners from around the country. I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate and innovate in education, so please do reach out! I look forward to connecting with you!
