About Anna Switzer

Hi! I recently graduated from the University of Arkansas Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Hospitality and Event Management. I'm passionate about Event Coordinating and Tourism and am interested in many different aspects of the Hospitality Industry. I'm proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and photo and video editing. I take pride in how organized I am and how well I manage my time, which are great characteristics for Event Coordinators. I'm excellent at thinking creatively, whether that be on how to solve an issue that comes up in the workplace or a new marketing tactic. I am a people person and have great empathy for others; this is one of the main reasons I decided to pursue a career in Event Management and/or Tourism. I have had ample experience in Customer Service and truly enjoy serving others. I have always been drawn to Customer Service, and I'm sometimes a little bit too organized. I know pursuing a career in Event Coordinating is perfect for me because it combines both of these qualities. I genuinely do love planning things, whether that be events or just planning out my entire week. I'm very excited to pursue a career in Event Coordination and/or Tourism and am open to any opportunity that is presented!
