About Anna Szymkiewicz

For 17 years, I've been immersed in the HR industry. I feel right at home in the dynamic environment of retail, where I grew up and acquired my initial skills. I've had the pleasure of building and managing teams that executed projects in recruitment and employer branding, training, and development. I've spearheaded strategic projects aimed at shaping organizational culture and boosting employee engagement. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on people. Building relationships with them, facilitating learning, accompanying them through change and developmental journeys has been the most satisfying aspect of my work. And it remains so today. Supporting others in their personal development, uncovering potential, and fostering their strength and motivation are crucial aspects of my work. Talent and Development: Coordinating training initiatives and developmental projects for employees. Conducting internal coaching sessions for individuals undergoing developmental transitions. Change management: conducting development projects for shop managers, improving employee engagement, working with the local and global People & Culture team on DEI initiatives and projects; Employer branding: initiation and implementation of EB campaigns (internal and external); Budget management: allocated to recruitment, employer branding and talent management activities; People management: creating HR teams several times with a focus on culture & its mindset, responsible for the whole employee life-cycle; leading teams up to 4 FTEs; Stakeholder Management: collaboration with senior stakeholders (internal and external); exposure and engagement in consulting and development of Managers;
