My journey took me through some of the world's largest companies like Glencore, Trafigura, Mechel, Evraz and EMR, where I managed international operations. I helped to achieve business goals and worked successfully with teams in Switzerland, EU, Turkey, Middle East and Asia Pacific region.In my recent studies at the University of St Gallen, I explored how blockchain technology can impact commodity trading strategies. I also became a certified Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Institute in San Francisco. This allows me to use special techniques to motivate and inspire businesses and individuals to reach their best potential.I am a performance management coach working with founders and CEOs of start-ups and scale-ups, helping to build high-performance teams. Founding a company and building a company requires different skills set. With a background in commodities trading and 6+ years of practical experience as a coach and advisor, I specialize in working with high-performing individuals and teams.
