As a Senior Quality Associate at Tech Mahindra, I leverage my expertise in quality assurance and compliance to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. With over 1.5 years of experience in this role, I have successfully conducted industry audits and gap assessments, led audits with regulatory agencies and third-party auditors, and identified and implemented corrective actions for non-compliance risks. In addition to my current role, I have also worked as a Senior Content Moderator at Tech Mahindra, where I maintained 100% quality standards for three consecutive quarters and earned awards for excellence. I have also taught English to students of diverse backgrounds and ages, developing and adapting lesson plans to meet individual needs. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Mount Carmel College and a Diploma in Integrated Japanese from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
