About Anna Tiri

My experience is a combination of direct P&L responsibilities and strategic business development roles. As a CEO of Produal I lead an organization of 170 professionals across multiple countries and markets globally with revenue of close to 43 M€ and solid annual growth. We innovate in the area of building automation and sensing solutions, enabling smarter and more sustainable buildings. We operate with building automation integrators, original equipment manufacturers (OEM's), resellers and building owners and operators. Functions that report to me: finance, HR, R&D, product management, production and operations, sales and marketing, IT, sustainability and business development, and country managing directors. I have a strong business background. Before Produal, I was responsible of driving market leading sustainability offering with recognized customer value and business impact at KONE. I spent multiple years leading KONE's service and modernization businesses in Finland and the Baltic countries. I led a team of 30 professionals and in matrix field operations team of over 400 technicians and supervisors. The role encompassed of leading development of IoT based digital services to bring predictability and ease of use with intelligent maintenance solution, driving productivity of our field operations with LEAN methodologies, B2B account management and sales development. Main customers served were building owners, building management companies and facility management companies. Functions that reported to me: operations development, sales development and pricing, technical help desk, spare part operations, customer service operations, centralized repair and contract sales teams, call center operations, marketing and communications. Key achievements: commercialization of new IoT based bundled services to Finnish maintenance market. Renewed pricing strategy and practices with recognized margin impact. Business growth and customer satisfaction improvements. Operational KPI improvements in quality and reliability.
