About Anna Touati
After a Master 2 in philosophy at the Sorbonne and several experiences in teaching, I wanted to do philosophy in a different way than the academic one, in a more concrete way and connected to the world It was with underprivileged children in an NGO in Rio de Janeiro that I started to lead philosophical workshops to teach them to develop their thinking and critical spirit. I then became aware of the difference between teaching philosophy and teaching to philosophize So I trained myself in the practice of philosophy for children and then in the art of Socratic dialogue and philosophical consultation. Today, I work at the Maison de la Philo in Romainville where I organise philosophy workshops for children, teenagers and adults.
