In current position: since 2019 I'm in V-TServices HR department as Skill Excellence leader. In this role I have full responsibility for technical and managerial education, including funded training projects. Together with HR Leader I designed and managed an 18 months talent program, that ended in April 2021. In my role, I independently manage the training budget and periodically report to top management on the progress. Previous experiences- part of the newly created SMS Business Analytics Enablement Team. In this international role I was responsible to define and implement training programs to Sales Operation community, from opportunity management to the most advanced analytics tools leveraging on cognitive too.
