About Anna Vettoruzzo

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the AutoML group at Eindhoven University of Technology, contributing to the OpenEuroLLM project. My current focus is on designing scalable model architectures for LLMs and efficient post-training techniques. I received my Ph.D. in machine learning from Halmstad University, Sweden, where I was part of the Center for Applied and Intelligent Systems Research (CAISR). My doctoral research centered on meta-learning with the goal of improving generalization across diverse tasks, especially in low-data scenarios. My broader research interests include few-shot learning, continual learning, self-supervised learning, and in-context learning. I am passionate about advancing methods that push the boundaries of efficient, generalizable, and scalable AI.
