About Anna Vines

With extensive experience spanning health, protection, disability and rehabilitation, I currently serve as the West Africa Regional Disability and Rehabilitation Director at World Hope International. Passionate about empowerment, I focus on driving impactful programs that improve the quality of life of children living with disabilities through empowering and educating their families, the rehabilitation sector, community leaders, wider society and my team. My expertise in project management and commitment to creating inclusive environments help foster innovative solutions for children living with disabilities in the region. At World Hope International, I oversee the strategic development of disability and rehabilitation initiatives in Sierra Leone and Liberia currently, with the hope to expand to other countries. Contributing to impactful programs, I collaborate with global and local teams to address critical needs through inclusive and sustainable approaches. My leadership is built on a foundation of prior roles in health, protection, and country operations, where I managed and developed programs and advanced our mission in complex and dynamic contexts.
