About Anna Vivas

For me, safety is more than a career — it’s a passion and a purpose. I bring energy, empathy, and commitment to everything I do, whether I'm leading training programs, mentoring safety professionals, or managing crane operations across our projects at ITC Construction Group. I’m a certified Health and Safety Professional (OHSE, NCSO, GSC, OFA Level 3) with a diverse background that includes being a Journey Person Roofer and running my own high-end garden design business. That path has shaped my adaptability, creativity, and grounded leadership style. Currently, I serve as Safety Training Manager at ITC, where I help foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and accountability. I'm proud to work with teams who share a vision of safety as a partnership — something we create together. I lead with a growth mindset and am actively working toward earning my CHSC designation, continuously looking for ways to evolve and support others in doing the same. I believe that success is not just what we achieve on our own — it's what we inspire and help others achieve, too.
