At Metaplan we know Organisations. we know LifeScience. we know how to design highly interactive dialogues to co-create solutions for tough problems how it all started: Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Stuttgart with focus on Marketing, HR and Change Management My professional career started in a global, US based technology corporate where I worked with my clients as a 'Digital Pioneer' to introduce new ways of working, drive technology induced changes and to transform their business strategies as their markets evolved. Most of my corporate career I served in international roles – during the last years as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee of IBM Global Financing EMEA. Leaving the corporate world, I joined Metaplan in 2012. Nowadays I am an expert facilitator of generative discussions around the development and commercialization of innovative medications – mostly in oncolocy and rare diseases. Beyond that I work with global and small corporates in the LifeScience industry on leading Change and Business Transformation within their organisaiton. At Metaplan Academy I teach Interactive Leadership and I support female leaders in crafting their individual career and successfully navigating organizational micropolitics.
