I'm from the Southern state of Brasil, Rio Grande do Sul, born and raised. Aside from speaking Portuguese, I learned English as a kid, and it's now the main language I use to communicate on my day-to-day work! 🩷​ I have a passion for helping others - which is why my professional journey started in Customer Success, where I provided Technical Support to all things web hosting - from purchasing to managing domain names, email services, DNS, WordPress, and more. After growing in CS, I had the opportunity to join the CS People Team as a Talent and Acquisition Specialist, where I built my skills in recruiting and attracting top talent, and helping others navigate their careers and find their place in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. 🤝​ I'm a strong believer in teamwork - collaborating with colleagues and managers plays a great part in my professional journey and growth, and it's extremely rewarding to achieve goals together!
