I established new, and streamlined processes across Media, Marketing and Continuity, with improved incident reporting. Resulting in a reduction in on air errors and strengthening relationships across teams - Group Marketing lead on ITV's Green Team Steering Group, and ITV Production's Green Team. Working with ITV Studios and ITV's Social Purpose team to shape ITV's environmental strategy. I formed, and led, a working group responsible for driving change to support ITV's environmental strategy. Leading the team in reducing the environmental impact of shoots which resulted in ITV Creative being the first in house agency officially 'albert' certified for short form production - Working with ITV Technology as Project Manager, Stakeholder and Comms Planner to launch ITV's internal Home Planet Sustainable Living App. This innovative app helped colleagues to raise awareness of actions they could take to reduce their environmental impact BBC Creative: working on a Transformation Project as Training and Business Change Programme Lead (Adobe Premiere Pro & IPV Curator MAM and associated workflows) Sky Creative: Consulting on the creative and production process and advising on areas of potential improvement
